📦 Return & Refund Policy for ABM99 Store LLC

Thank you for shopping at ABM99 Store LLC.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

✔ The item is unused and in original condition
✔ Original packaging is intact
✔ All accessories/tags are included

We do NOT accept returns for:

✘ Used or damaged items
✘ Clearance / Final sale items
✘ Personalized or custom-made products
✘ Hygiene-related items (e.g., bedding used, personal care products)

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof.

We will offer:

✔ A replacement
OR
✔ A full refund

No return shipping required in most cases of damaged/wrong items.

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact with us:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos if applicable

  2. Our team will review and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back using the instructions provided.

Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item/damaged item).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Note:
Banks / credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven't been processed or shipped.

After shipping, cancellations are not possible.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
You may return the item and place a new order.

7. Non-Delivery / Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

✔ We will reship the order

✔ Issue a full refund

This applies only after the carrier confirms non-delivery.
